Thanks for reading Kelly. I agree with a lot of what you've said. I always thought I was on the left when it came to economics (I am a proponent of the welfare state - but with keeping taxes as low as possible [stop fighting stupid wars and you'll find the money]) and a conservative when it came to social issues. But I always considered myself closer to the Left as a whole.

Not anymore. They refuse to acknowledge reality as reality. They are consumed by ideology to the point where even they don't realize how deep the roots of their hypocrisy have become.

They want to silence anyone who disagrees and - this part really gets under my skin - they claim to be anti-racist yet spew racism against white people day in day out.

No one with a conscience and the ability to see reality as it is will want to associate themselves with what the Left has become anymore.
