I don't think you'd know what Ramaswamy's true numbers were unless Trump dropped out of the race.

This is because a large chunk of his vote bank would come from Trump's base.

And they would rather choose Trump first. In that sense, I don't see them as "rivals." In all likelihood, neither does Trump. As long as he's running, he's secure.
