I agree - change is necessary, and there is perhaps much to be gained by a reformed - more moderate - Republican party.

I just don't see it happening without an electoral hammering in 2024, though. The polls are too one-sided in MAGA's favor, for now.

Also, I do like what you said about the Blue's lacking courage. I always thought the source of their problems was a lack of ambition - laziness, almost. Simple distinction but makes for quite a reframe when thinking about the Democratic party. So thank you for that.
