All of it seems inevitable, doesn't it? COVID, separatism etc. They're so predictable yet millions can't see through them.

Btw (and this is related to my article) earlier today I came across something Truss said a few days ago:

"As Conservatives sometimes we've been afraid of making Conservative arguments and allowed the Left to dominate the social space.

I won't allow that to happen."

There is so much to unpack there and all of it is quite disturbing.
